Position: Customer Support Manager
Anticipated Start Date: Immediately
Position Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Customer Support Manager who
can provide technical support to our customers while building our customer
support organization.
Responsibilities:
Take calls and email from customers
Work directly with customers to solve product problems
Hire Customer Support Engineers and run the support organization
Provide Marketing and R&D with customer feedback
Integrate new customer support software
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years customer support experience
3 years experience working in a UNIX environment
Experience with Perl and CGI
Experience with Web servers
Personal:
Comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment
Personable and a good problem solver
Team-oriented
Motivated to succeed
